Background-
NLB Services has named Dr Varun Sachdeva Chief Executive Officer of its India business and asked him to grow its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), staffing, global capability centers (GCCs) and managed services lines.
Sachdeva previously served as the company’s APAC Head, where he oversaw business development, sales and delivery operations. In his new role, he will expand the India business and broaden the service capabilities offered to clients.
He brings more than 20 years of experience across talent acquisition, staffing, recruitment operations, business development and outsourcing services. Sachdeva rose through NLB Services to lead its APAC business before taking charge of India.
At NLB Services, he has led teams across India and the US, built digital RPO and human resources outsourcing (HRO) services, and widened recruitment capabilities across sectors.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Reqroute, Randstad India, Accenture, TSI and Amtex Systems. At Randstad India, he served as Senior Vice President and Country Head for RPO and managed service provider operations. At Accenture, he was Associate Vice President for Global Talent Acquisition.
His experience covers technology recruitment, talent management, client management and recruitment operations, which fit his new responsibilities in business development, recruitment delivery and workforce solutions.
Sachdeva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Hansraj College. He has studied Leadership and Strategic Management at the Jack Welch Management Institute and Inspirational Leadership at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
