Back in 2016, Aros Marine started providing turn-key solutions for interior design and HVAC installations by adding detailed engineering and design solutions that vary in scale and complexity. In 2019, in order to control full supply chain, it welcomed new furniture production facilities with over 4200 m² fully equipped with modern machines that are able to facilitate its production volumes.

An Exemplary Leader
One of the motivating forces behind the current position of Aros Marine is its Chief Commercial Officer, Mantas Dubavicius. He is responsible for establishing the sales objectives of the company by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product. He also takes care of determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results. In a nutshell the role of Mantas is focused on managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and motivating the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, sales target and KPI targets are met.
“Our objective is to become a top five player in refurbishment, and the same in Europe for turnkey new builds,” outlined Mr. Dubavicius.
