Brief our audience about your journey as a business leader until your current position at Remax Properties Investment. What challenges have you had to overcome to reach where you are today?

The Greek Real estate market is very competitive, and there are no barriers to entry to this business. The competition increases day by day. The real estate agencies did not have high standards of quality service. The customer experience of buyers and sellers was of low to medium quality. Our challenge was to provide higher standards of service to this market by keeping our costs at competitive levels for our customers.

Tell us something more about your company and its mission and vision.

Our mission is to help any buyer and seller to buy or sell in the minimum possible time and by achieving the best correlation, lowest time, and better price. My vision is to help real estate agents to improve their service standards and have a successful and prosperous life.

Enlighten us on how you have impacted real estate through your expertise in the market.

We introduced in the Greek market the exclusive listing. The market used to work with open listings only. Additionally, we introduced superior quality services for sellers like professional photographer services and 3D video services.

Describe in detail the values and the work culture that drives your organization.

We want to provide the best possible services to homeowners for their listing properties.

Our company culture is to act as much as very good professionals by taking each property listing personally. Innovation, passion, team spirit, and professional integrity are the milestones of our success.

The flexibility standards in the everyday business life of our experienced agents that we provide are the key to our success. Experienced brokers act in our company as freelancers in reality, in comparison with other Greek real estate companies that treat real estate agents more than employees rather than freelancers.

Undeniably, technology is playing a significant role in almost every sector. How are you leveraging technological advancements to make your solutions resourceful?

We established the development of a CRM system for Real Estate agencies together with a software development company that has the most popular CRM in real estate, we did it together, and our agents will have the most updated, easy, and sophisticated CRM in the Greek market.

The introduction of the 3D videos in March 2018 was an innovation in the Greek market, and after us, all other companies followed.

What change would you like to bring to the real estate industry if given a chance?

I would like to introduce the exclusive buyer listing intensively since we have many foreign buyers that must have the desire to buy in Greece and the need for a high level of professional experience in real estate for foreign buyers.

What, according to you, could be the next significant change in the real estate sector? How is your company preparing to be a part of that change?

The strong education and training of the real estate agents and the certification of the knowledge of real estate agents in accordance with the worldwide modern market standards.

We are doing heavy training for our people already. Our main goal is to have the best market practices and technology for our agents, and through our agent’s performance and interaction with customers, the customer experience level becomes higher.

Where do you envision yourself to be in the long run, and what are your future goals for Remax Properties Investment?

I would like RE/MAX Properties Investment to offer the best services to agents and customers in the real estate sector. My vision is the creation of a private fund with the contribution of all our agents and starts building development.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the real estate sector?

In order for any budding entrepreneur to be in the real estate industry, there is no need to do many things and much effort, but if someone wants to be successful in our industry, he must be dedicated, invest and be a quality service lover.
